Your new debit card is in the mail! Activiate it on November 17th.
Nov 12: Did You Receive Your New Card?
If you have not received your new debit card. Please call 850-857-4328 to chat with one of our debit card specialist to check on the status of your card.
Nov 17: Your New Card is Ready to Use
Your new debit card is LIVE today! Use it now – old cards will no longer work. If your card hasn’t arrived, stop by a branch to get one. Don’t forget to update automatic payments using CardSwap in online banking.

Can I get a new debit card printed at the branch?
Select branches have the availabiliity to print debit cards. Please call ahead to verify.
PIN: Will my pin automatically transfer to my new card?
No. Your PIN does not automatically carry over. Please set a PIN when you activate your new card. Stay on the line after activitating and follow the prompt to set a PIN.
PIN: I forgot to set a pin when activating, now what?
No worries. Just call back the same activation number, 800-717-4923, and stay on the line until you reach the prompt about setting a PIN.
When will my new card arrive?
Cards will be mailed in early November. Please allow a few days for delivery.
Can I activate my card when it arrives?
No. Please activate it on November 17th.
Will my mobile wallet work?
Mobile wallets are available and ready to set up. If you receive an error, try restarting your device and adding it again.
How do I update my automatic payments?
Use CardSwap in online banking to quickly update your new card info anywhere you've set up subscriptions or bill payments.
